Dr. Tony Milanzi is trained in a range of disciplines including agriculture, international development, and anthropology. His work experience spans a range of sectors including microfinance, civil society (economic governance) and higher education. In his work in civil society, Dr Milanzi became proficient at managing complex social accountability programs by providing strategic direction and subject matter expertise, team leadership, and program monitoring. Currently he is serving as Assistant Director for the AAP’s Africa Office and he is keen to facilitate productive partnerships between AAP consortium members and partner institutions including government ministries, civil society and the private sector.
